I sort of doubt that: it may be very good, but surely not the best in the world. I have not been to Bulgaria, but have eaten salads all over the world and can see nothing particularly innovative about these combinations. Firstly I'm curious whether you have been to Bulgaria, my gut feeling is that you haven't judging you comment.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
I digress:&lt;br&gt;
I have tried making the same recipe outside Bulgaria and it fails miserably.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
There are two reasons for this, &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
No Local Bulgarian ingredients&lt;br&gt;
and&lt;br&gt;
Wrong Location (should be Bulgaria)&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
YOu may think this salad is not 'unique' but unless you go to Bulgaria and try it unique is something you will just have to imagine.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
